REFUND POLICY

I have a no refund policy on physical products unless the product arrives broken or damaged (photos required for refund approval) If the product is damaged after arrival, contact me and I will happily replace it,

No refunds on digital products, if you have issues with the download please reach out to me and I will assist you with downloading your digital goods.

Due to this being a one woman show, small imperfections are a possibility, so please keep this in mind when purchasing.

shipping policy

·     Please allow 4-7 days for your order to be shipped, and then 1-3 business days for delivery

·     I cannot be held responsible for lost packages after an order is shipped and a tracking number is provided.

·     If the address used is insufficient, I cannot be held responsible for the package not arriving at your intended location. 

·     If the address is insufficient and it is sent back to me by USPS, I will email you for a corrected address. You will be required to repay for a new shipping label unless your order (before shipping cost) exceeds $100.
